Cybele is named for the Roman equivalent of the Titan Gaia. This is the city of agriculture, where produce is grown and distributed to the other cities, and even other regions.
Some travelers get in trouble for trespassing and training their pokemon on property of poke-farmers because it gets hard to tell the farmers' property from regular grassy fields. But farmers only get serious about trainers stumbling onto their land when it involves the fields specifically cultivated for their crops.
Here you can find very special foods designed to strengthen the different attributes of pokemon, that are much more pleasing for the Pokemon to eat than those vitamins (Protein, Carbos, etc.). If you are a trainer trying to get a pokemon like Eevee or Chansey to evolve into its next stage, the special Cybele Snacks help boost Happiness and a particular battle stat, depeding on which snack. Choose Poke-granola for Speed (cuz of the carbs), Poke-Jerkey for Attack (Protein), Poke-Pudding for Special Stats (Calcium), and Poke-Peanut Butter Cookies for Defense (Iron).

City Profile: Thrinacie Island/City
Located North by Northwest of Ohten, Thrinacie is the island city where rare items are sold. It has large ranches of cow Pokémon (Miltank and Tauros), the major reason for its name; Thrinacia was the island on which Helios kept his cattle in ancient Greek mythology. Thrinacie is also the location of the Ohten Museum, which does tours daily, displaying Ohten art, artifacts, and other such valuables.
The museum's security is tight, for the people of Thrinacie fear that villains will try to steal the island's most valuable treasures: two mysterious fragments, thought to be parts of the armor-like skin of Tearor and Coragis. These two fragments are nicknamed The Last Testament of Good and Evil, for these are the only parts of the two legendary pokemon that the people of Ohten have seen for almost a millenia.

City Profile: Angerona City
Ohten's medical and spa city, where many of the medicines that pokemarts and Pokémon centers use are produced and shipped. It is named for the Roman Goddess who relieved people of their pain and sorrow. Here, many tutors can teach your pokemon healing moves, such as Recover and Refresh, and there are classes on creating medicines from common ingredients. Such lessons can help when a trainer is too far from a Pokemon Center, is without regular items like Potion or Full Heal, or simply cannot get to a center in time.
