Ability: Either Torrent or Sticky-hold

Specialty: similar to the Water Snakes, but with more defense
Learnset Summary: similar to the Water Snakes, but with more naturally learned drain moves (Leech Life, Mega Drain, etc.)
Interesting note: Poke-scientists argued for decades on which set of water pokemon to have as the starter.
The two combinations (Water/Dark and Water/Poison) had yet to be used for a starter, as was the case with this body-type (long, serpentine, and not arms/legs).
Some contested that they were so similar, that perhaps it would do better to choose a different water type. Those people were told to shut up.
